Cancellation policy

Cancellation rules depend on the fare type purchased and the operating airline's policy. 7x4Flights displays applicable cancellation charges before you confirm payment.

How to cancel

1. Go to Manage Booking and enter your PNR.
2. Select the segment you wish to cancel and review the refund estimate.
3. Confirm cancellation — you'll receive an email with the status within 15 minutes.

Service fee

A 7x4Flights handling fee of ₹350 per passenger may apply on domestic cancellations and ₹750 on international, in addition to airline penalties.

Partial cancellations

For return journeys, outbound and inbound sectors may have different rules. Contact our support team if you need to cancel only one leg.
